The work consists of the development a market-friendly 600 W photovoltaic battery-less water pumping system. system is composed four 280 Wp solar panels, an auxiliary 10 panel, three-phase converter and ½ horsepower (hp) submersible pump. electronic stage involves resonant DC-DC in series with voltage source inverter. novelties this are related to use fixed duty-cycle frequency for application, Silicon Carbide Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) solving startup issues, constant maximum power tracking (MPPT) algorithm panels. displays design converter, simulation experimental results, discussions, cost evaluation. feasibility studied requirements beef cattle farm Brazil.
